Dear King Bronzebeard,

When you get this letter I know you will say to yourself “Ya Sure, I have heard this all before…yada, yada, yada. You’re leaving me and you won’t be back.” Yes, I have always coming running back. But this time is different. I know, I know - I have said that all before as well. But this time IS different.

No, really.

You are still quite popular; there is no doubt about that.  Perhaps that is because you are so “easy on the eyes” as they say. There is some truth in that. You may be easy but you are far from cheap. In fact, an evening spent with you is now a lot more expensive then the time I spend with other guys. There. I have said it. I HAVE been seeing other guys – King Osric from Hyboria, Lucan D’Lere of Freeport, and I have even spent some wild evenings in the Hellgate section of old London.

Yes, I know what you always say at this point – “once you have had the best why mess with the rest.”  But I think that it is that very attitude that finally made me think twice before running back to you.

Yes, we had some good times, and they were never tasking on my system. Lately, however I have been spending a lot of time in Hyboria. King Osric and I have a great time. When ever I spend a wild evening in bars of Hyboria my system and my card get a real workout. And lets face it – they guys in Hyboria just look a lot better than the guys in Azeroth; all you have to do is take one good look at King Conan. Even if my system moves a bit slower when the wild evenings are done; King Bronzebeard, baby, sweetie, those wild evenings in Hyboria are worth it.

You may say to yourself that it will never last. That I will get tired of the guys in Hyboria and coming running back again. But you know what?

You were always busy telling me where I can go and who I can see – the other guys don’t do that. When I am with the other guys we have an open relationship. Yes, when you started your “Burning Crusade” and decided to take me with you to Outland you said it would be fun. For awhile it was. But lately it is back to the same old thing. I need a key to go anywhere any more.  You restrict the friends I can see and tell me if I want to see anyone it can only be someone who YOU decide should have their own key. The other guys – Lucan and Osric – they let me go where I want. We have an open relationship and times are good.

Now I know you think you can win me back with presents.  You promised to take me with you on that trip you have planned this fall; the one where you are going to go fight the Liche King. But that wont work any more; because no matter what you say, I know it will be more of the same.

Yes you are still popular, and you probably won’t miss me.  Still, we will always have Molten Core. Those days were fun.
