Downrange goes on hiatus

Due to some suddenly occurring real-life issues of a serious nature, Downrange will be going on hiatus for at least the next two weeks, possibly longer. Sorry folks, nothing I can do to avoid it.

Is there such a thing as too much communication? Too much information? Are developers afraid of giving away too much, or promising what they can't deliver? Where's the happy medium? And how do you maintain a clear communication channel with your player base? For that matter, how do the players make sure their concerns and desires get heard?
