The event is over, but the work has only just begun. Akira has an incredible amount of footage available for all of you to see, unfortunately, it’s considerably larger than anticipated. So Akira has uploaded the first of many videos and will continue to upload each one as he converts them to flash during the next week and a half or so.

The first 2 videos have been uploaded which will give you a dizzying idea of how large the crowd was of registrants that arrived for FanFaire on August 2, 2007.

The first of many podcasts to come in the next few days has been made available on our podcast listing page. This podcast is done by myself, Leonai_art, and is the first part in a series of podcasts going over my experience at Fanfaire.

Mine won’t be the last either - we have videos and audio podcasts that are to be posted soon. We had planned on uploading them during the event, but unfortunately the bandwidth was a bit chaotic and kept timing out during uploads, so please be sure to keep your eye on our podcast page for new installments of my accounting as well as the other staff member’s experiences at fanfaire.

The Announcement is Huge and is as Follows….

Legends of Norrath - A Combination PC Game and Collectable Card Game

Set in the world of Norrath this game is based on the format of the Collectible Card Game and features cards that can be won as loot drop awards from the other Norrath based games that SoE produces (like Everquest & Everquest 2)

The game centers around a secret war between the forces of Order and Chaos and players will be able to construct their decks to make their characters like that of the character classes we all know and love from the franchise.
